Art Status Codes

Entered - This is the status art is in, when the artist or a staffer has entered the piece into the software. This is the first status.
Received - This is a status place holder, for recieving art that has been shipped to the event. The staff can use this status to track recieved art.
On Display - This is the status of a piece which has been checked-in at the artshow, and is used to indicate that the piece is hanging and on display.
On Display - Sold - If a direct sale item, has a direct sale bid placed on it, the piece will become 'On Display - Sold' meaning that it's still in the artshow's posession but somone has agreed to purchase it.
On Display - Voice Auction - If a piece recieves enough bids (or is manually sent to voice auction), this status will show which pieces are due to appear in the voice auction.
Picked Up - Artist - If a piece recieved no bids, the piece is returned to the artist. This indicates the artist has 'checked out' this piece in person.
Picked Up - Shipped - If a piece recieved no bids, the piece is returned to teh artist. This indicates the art has been 'checked out' and is going to be, or has been shipped back to the artist.
Picked Up - Customer - If a piece recieved bids, this status indicates the customer has now paid for and picked up the piece.
Lost - If at any point, a artshow piece gets lost, the artshow administrator can change the status to lost to indicate so. The lost status can be to or from any status.
